The first one it's from Crystal promotion... I think... or maybe was the avatar on his myspace profile !
The 4th image it's from KISAKI PROJECT feat.Satsuki promotion pic showed I think on KISAKI web site the first time (??)
Another one it's from ameba blog I guess!

Exactly, I have many luck to have a picture with him , it was during the Japan Expo in Paris^^.
It is really an excellent artist and a great person, it is the most beautiful person that I have met,he has a big heart and a big kindness^^
